We are looking for Customer Service - Energy Specialist ( (M/F) With French.

As an Energy Specialist in our Operations team, youll be right at the heart of everything we do ensuring an outstanding experience for our customers.

What youll be doing:

Communicating with customers primarily via phone and email, answering questions, solving problems, and sometimes engaging with other suppliers.
Taking full ownership of each interaction, providing a complete, end-to-end service; Being fully trained across all aspects of the customer journey so you can handle any issue with confidence.
Tackling day-to-day challenges by delivering smart, effective solutions while adapting to fast-paced changes as we grow.
